We live in an interesting time. I’ve never seen people so divided and the events of the previous remind us that it’s always wise to be prepared for emergencies. None of us know what the future may bring, but considering the lockdowns, fires in California, demonstrations and riots of last year, we ought to consider making preparations for possibilities like more lockdowns which could cause temporary shortages of food and other essential items and more protests and civil unrest. That’s in addition to the normal reasons to prepare like natural disasters, economic problems and other difficulties.
